Administrative Services Division
  • Responsible for overseeing all the function areas of the office.
  • Supervision of workforce performance in accordance with CSC Rules & Regulations.
  • Submission of qualified employees’ assessment report to Human Resource Management Office in relation to the recruitment process.
  • Guarantee the preservation & accessibility of personnel & correspondence records.
  • Provide assistance to various PPA's thru the AIP of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur.
  • Responsible in the routine and extensive maintenance and general sanitation, cleanliness and orderliness of the Provincial Capitol Building and its surroundings. 
  • Periodic check-up and maintenance of electrical wirings, air conditioning units, elevator & other facilities.
  • Responsible for carpentry works, painting, plumbing & restoration of water supply.
  • Management of landscaping works including but not limited to cutting and trimming of trees & grass, and application of fertilizer & insecticides to plants.

Procurement & Supply Division
  • Responsible in serving its clients by procuring the goods and services to meet its operational needs in the highest standard possible and in accordance with the implementing rules and regulations of RA 9184.
  • Consolidation of PPMP of different offices and hospitals into One (1) Annual PPMP of the Provincial Government.
  • Act as a supply center for all supplies, materials and equipment needed by the respective offices of the provincial government.
  • Manage and monitor all phases of the procurement process including inspection of deliveries of common goods (supplies & catering services), hospital supplies, drugs and medicines and laboratory supplies.
  • Create and maintain a price monitoring database of goods and services and list of suppliers, contractors and consultants.

Property & Inventory Management Division
  • Take custody of all forms and be accountable for all properties, real and personal owned by the provincial government of Surigao del Sur and those granted to in the form of donation, reparation and assistance and counter part of joint project.

  • Responsible in the renewal or registration and insurance of vehicles, light & heavy equipment and all government buildings and safekeeping of land titles.

  • Responsible in the undertaking of physical inventory conducted to the different offices and hospitals of the province of Surigao del Sur.

  • Responsible also for the reconciliation of PPE's through the coordination with the Provincial Accountant's Office.

  • Perform archival records such as Property Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR), Inventory Custodian Slip (ICS), Inspection Report, and Invoice Receipt for Property, Waste Material Report.

  • Perform all other functions pertaining to Supply & Property Management and enforce policies on records creation/ deliveries, maintenance of return/waste and disposal.

  • Conduct inspection of all the deliveries for transportation, office equipment, furniture and fixture.

Security & Communication Services Division
  • Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel and visitors.
  • Secure premises by patrolling properties, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, access points and permitting entries.
  • Safeguard all properties of the provincial government and protect said assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by providing guidance, extend help or provide information to all the visitors coming in the Provincial Capitol.
  • Respond to emergencies by providing necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
  • Control traffic by directing drivers.
  • Remain in compliance with local and national regulations.
