The Provincial Budget Office as one of the staff of the Provincial Governor, promotes and implements public expenditures management policies that will support provincial development goals and objectives; prepares and integrates, in collaboration with all offices, the financial and budgetary requirements of the provincial government, ensure efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of public spending.
Budget Office is an efficient institution with competent and resilient personnel, working harmoniously in attaining its targets thru synchronized financial management operations in support to every technical need of the Provincial Government and to all LGU's within the province.

The Provincial Budget Office, as provided for in Section 475 of the Local Government Code of 1991, is mandated to provide the delivery of basic services relative to local budget administration including budget processes and policies, directions and priorities governing effective fiscal discipline, proper allocation and mobilization of available resources and effective management of public expenditures.
